SAFETY, PRIVACY AND SECURITY POLICY

At WanderQuest Holidays, we know that you enjoy your privacy and security. In order to ensure this, our team is committed to protecting the information we collect. We assure you that any personal/professional information provided on our website through any other mode of communication is secure. All client-operator communication is private, and no personal/professional details will be divulged to any third party suppliers/vendors. We closely monitor all our activities in order to avoid any fraud and limit damage as far as possible. Additionally, we do not advise any illegal or unethical activities during any of our tours. Tours to problematic areas are not carried out, keeping your safety in mind. For adventure tours, all safety equipment and experienced expertise is provided. 

WanderQuest Holidays will not be held responsible for any accidental loss, damage, disability or injury sustained by a client. Signing a consent form before any tour is compulsory. Clients with pre-existing medical conditions/illnesses are advised to carry personal medication and to make such conditions/illnesses known to WanderQuest Holidays. First Aid kits will be provided during group tours. Additionally, WanderQuest Holidays is not responsible for any illegal/unethical activities carried out by clients without our knowledge, or of the legal consequences clients face due to such activities

TOUR CONFIRMATION, PAYMENT, AND CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

Confirmation for any tour should be in writing (email or SMS also accepted). Verbal confirmation will not be accepted.  After confirmation, your seat(s) will be held for 48 hours, during which advance payment should be made.

Payment for any tour should be made in advance. 30% of the total amount is the minimum which should be paid for long tours. Full payment in advance is expected for one-day tours. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or directly by bank transfer (NEFT details given below). Written communication of transaction details are expected after money transfers. Please do not deposit cash or cheques into the bank account.

Request for cancellation and/or refund should be made in writing. Verbal communication will not be accepted. Refunds will be made by cheque or direct transfer only. Cheque should be collected from the WanderQuest Holidays office. Our refund amount policy is given below:
